How do I communicate with the challenge administrator?
At some point during a challenge, you may have a question for your challenge administrator. If so, you can communicate with the challenge administrator using the message centre located near the top of your site page. Simply click on Inbox to send a message via the message centre. Next, click on the "new" button located on the message centre tool bar. When the new message window box appears, click on "To", then click on "Challenge Administrators" in the list. A recipient list will appear in a small window pop-up, double click on the challenge name of which you want to send a message to its administrator. Click on the small "x" in the top right corner of the recipient list window box to close that window box and return to the new message box. Finish by typing in the message into the new message box and clicking on the "Send" button at the top of the new message box.
Note: The response to your message from your challenge administrator will automatically go to your email address in addition to the message centre if you provided your email address when completing your profile page upon registration.
