How do I create a team?
To create a team, select the teams page on the main menu. On the teams page, click on "create a team" and complete the create a team page, then click on the "submit team for approval" button at the bottom of the page.
 Use a descriptive name for the team name. You can choose to make your team public or private. If you choose public, anyone can join the team on the team page. If you choose private, a password box will appear below and you will need to enter a password. The password will be required for users to join your team, so only give out the password to individuals that you would like on your team. You may also limit the number of people who you would like to join the team. If so, enter the max. number of users that you would like to join your team.
You also can choose if you would like to be a member of the team or not. If not, your steps/points will not count towards the teams total.
You can also choose to have a team message board for your team members to communicate with each other.
Once you're team has been approved by a site administrator, you will receive a team approval notification via email. Your team will now be available on the teams page for users to join.
Note: If you create a team, you are the team captain.
