How do I use the health trackers?
To use a health tracker, simply highlight the appropriate number of items for that day by clicking on the item . For example (see below), on Monday July 6th I ate 9 fruit and vegetable servings so I clicked on the 9th item.
 I can also choose to enter activity for the previous or following week by clicking on either the left green arrow or the right green arrow at the top of the tracker.
Below the tracker, a graph is displayed and updated each time I record my activity. This graph depicts the points you've accumulated by day to show you a daily historical trend for that particular behaviour.
