Individual Steps Not Visible

Q: I’m a participant of an individual challenge but none of my steps are showing up on the challenge progress page.

A: First, check on the challenge list page for this check mark left of the challenge name to make sure that you are registered in that challenge. Second, check the challenge start date, if the challenge start date is in the future, no steps that you enter today will apply to that challenge. Only steps recorded between the challenge start date and challenge end date will apply to that challenge.
