What do the colour zones represent on the graph? The colour zones represent the Body Mass Index ranges. If your weight is in the green zone, your BMI falls between 18.5 and 25 and is considered optimal. If your weight falls in the yellow zone you are either underweight (BMI less than 18.5) or overweight (BMI between 25-30). If your weight falls in the red zone (BMI greater than 30), you are considered obese.
Note: Your BMI is calculated using the weight and height that you entered on your profile page upon registration. If you did not complete those fields, the BMI ranges will not show up in the background of your weight history graph.
